A daily program for Young Adults with Special needs focusing on:
Employment Skills, Community Skills, Life skills, and Home Skills
Each day focus' on different skills so the program can meet the needs of the people attending. If continuing education is required those services can be built into the program.
Adults can attend 2, 3 or 5 full days:

The Bridging the Gap program is based on The Assessment of Functional Living Skills
(The AFLS). This program does include assessment skill tracking system and curriculum guide for skills that are essential for independence.
